The nearest international airport is Cape Town, into which British Airways, bmi, Virgin Atlantic and South African Airways fly from London Heathrow.
From there you can either fly to George Airport on one of the local airlines (SA Airlink fly three times daily), which is about an hour’s flight, or you can drive to Oubaai along the N2, a four-hour journey by car.
